Step 1: Initial Consultation
We’ll chat about your timeline, lifestyle, budget, and what "home" looks like for you. From there, I’ll help you build a custom search strategy.
Step 2: Financing & Pre-Approval
I will connect you with trusted lenders who will guide you through the pre-approval process, your loan program options, and thorough understanding of your out of pocket expenses.
Step 3: Home Search
I’ll send you curated listings (including off-market opportunities) and schedule private showings at your pace.
Step 4: Making the Offer
When you’re ready, I’ll craft a competitive offer and guide you through negotiations to make sure your interests are protected.
Step 5: Inspections & Appraisal
Once we are under contract, "we" will hire trusted professionals to conduct thorough inspections on your new home and negotiate any necessary repairs with the seller. Your lender will order an Appraisal on your behalf which is an added layer of security to back your financial investment.
Step 6: Closing & Move-In
Shortly before closing, we will do a final walk through of your new home to ensure all repairs have been made and the condition is acceptable. At closing, you will sign several documents, make your down payment and then we celebrate your new chapter! Welcome Home.
